The Rules are:

1.  No Smoking

2.  No pets  in or on premises

3.  Check-in / out times are honored

4.  No damage is done

1 set of bed linens are provided

Housekeeping is not provided

The Garage is not for the tenants use

A 20% deposit is required to confirm a reservation and the balance is due 2 weeks before Your arrival date.

Weekly Check-in is Saturday no earlier than 3:00 p.m. and weekly check out is no later than 11:00 a.m. the following Saturday

Daily check-in no earlier than 3:00 p.m. and check-out by 11:00 a.m.

Tenant is responsible for any damage caused by the tenant or Tenants Guests.

Reservations may only be cancelled during the winter months and only for lack of enough snow  for snowmobiling (TRAILS CLOSED)

4 Bedrooms each with a queen size bed ...The Master Bedroom has a full bathroom also

1 Queen size sleeper sofa in the living room

A couch and Love seat in the Game Room

A couch in the basement

Pool Table (regulation size) in the Game Room and a small pool table in the basement
